ClientWhile the location is beautiful and very peaceful, it’s not so conducive to any type of signal! Cell signal is spotty at best, and they don’t have a line of sight to any of the traditional internet providers. Starlink seemed like the perfect solution for them. My dad was adamant about not having to take down any trees, although we did have to limb a few.
We reached out to SJ Installs with the knowledge that they may have some obstructions, but anything is better than the no signal they had. Scott came out and within about 15 minutes found a perfect position with a straight line through the tree cover. I honestly wasn’t sure if it would happen or not!! He had the dish mounted and hooked up, and was able to assist with some troubleshooting for them within 30 minutes.
They now get better Internet than I do with fibre! Scott was patient, and explained the process as he was going through it. They were more affordable than others in the area offering a similar service, which for two seniors was important. We can highly recommend SJ installs, which we have! Thanks so much for getting them up and running!!
